Sleep Support

Restore your sleep. Reclaim your life.

Poor sleep is more common than you think

Around one in three adults in the UK experience poor sleep regularly. That is millions of people lying awake at night, exhausted but unable to rest, wondering if this is just how life is now.

For some, poor sleep has been part of life for so long that it has started to feel normal. But managing on broken or insufficient sleep is not the same as thriving. Over time, poor sleep affects not just how we feel day to day but our overall health, wellbeing, and long term vitality.

It does not have to be this way. The right support can change that.

Who this is for

If you lie awake at night, wake too early, or simply never feel rested, you are not alone. Poor sleep affects far more than the night itself. It can impact your mood, energy, concentration, and productivity, how well you function day to day, and for some people, it can also influence pain and physical wellbeing.

I offer personalised, evidence-based sleep support for adults, grounded in occupational therapy and informed by CBT-i, the NICE recommended approach for insomnia. My approach looks at how sleep fits into the whole of your daily life, including your routines, physical, sensory and social environment, and daily habits, supporting changes that are realistic and lasting.

You do not need a diagnosis to benefit. Whether you have struggled for years or noticed your sleep shifting recently, support is available.

I also offer small group sleep programmes for those who prefer a shared learning environment. These can be delivered remotely for small groups or in person for larger ones.

How it works

We start with a free 20-minute Clarity Call to make sure my support is the right fit for you. No obligation, no pressure.

From there, clients begin with a Comprehensive Initial Consultation, an in-depth conversation exploring your sleep patterns, daily routines, lifestyle rhythms, and physical, sensory and social environment. We will discuss beforehand whether a sleep diary or self-report would be useful as a starting point.

Follow-up sessions follow a consistent structure: reviewing progress since we last met, covering one or two key topics using digital resources, and developing practical strategies to take forward.

At the end of your support you will receive a written report and personalised resources and recommendations, which may include implementation guides, onward referrals, or equipment suggestions. This can be shared with your GP, employer, or other professionals if helpful.

Sessions are delivered via video call. Face to face may be available locally, subject to location and fees.
