At Delta Waves, I offer personalised sleep coaching led by occupational therapy and informed by CBT-i (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia), the NICE recommended gold standard approach for insomnia. This occupational therapy based approach focuses on how sleep fits into your daily life, routines, habits, and environment, supporting meaningful and lasting change.

You don’t need a diagnosis of insomnia to benefit. Sleep coaching can help you feel more rested now and build resilience for future changes, so life’s ups and downs feel less disruptive.

Together, we’ll gently explore what’s keeping you stuck and develop practical, evidence-based strategies to help you sleep better, feel better, and live with more ease.

Whether you’re new to sleep support or returning for a refresh, we’ll take time to explore what’s been happening, what’s changed, and what’s getting in the way of rest. You’ll leave with a few simple, personalised ideas to try straight away — no pressure, no overwhelm.

🛏️ Comprehensive Initial Sleep Consultation

 A calm, in-depth starting point for better sleep.

This session is for adults who want to take a closer look at their sleep, not just the night-time patterns, but how daily routines, stress, and sensory factors might be playing a role.

Whether you’re feeling wired at bedtime, waking too early, or just not feeling rested, we’ll explore what’s going on and what might help.

Before we meet, you’ll complete a short self-report and a two-week sleep diary to help us build a fuller picture of your sleep story. During our call, we’ll gently explore your sleep patterns, lifestyle rhythms, and sensory environment — and begin shaping a plan that feels realistic and supportive.

Includes:

One 60-minute phone or video consultation

Pre-session self-report and 14-night sleep diary

Personalised guidance to support better rest, energy, and balance

Price: £90 

Optional written sleep report: £110 helpful for sharing with your GP, employer, or other professionals.
