- Individualised assessments and gentle coaching tailored to your health needs
- Support with daily living skills and functional independence
- Guidance on posture, seating, and safe moving/handling
- Sensory strategies and specialist health coaching
- Home and environmental assessments, including equipment and adaptation recommendations
- Care needs assessments and support for routines, roles, and habits
- Encouragement to engage in the activities that matter most to you
I also collaborate with charities, case managers, local authorities, and other professionals to ensure joined-up, comprehensive care.
Fees for Occupational Therapy Services
Comprehensive OT Assessment & Personalised Report — From £350 A full assessment exploring your health, routines, environment, and goals — followed by a detailed written report with tailored recommendations to guide your next steps.
Targeted Consultation — £200 A focused, condition-specific appointment (e.g. sleep, pain, fatigue, sensory or other challenges) without the full written report. Ideal for exploring a particular issue and starting a plan of action.
Follow-Up Appointments — From £60/hour Ongoing support to help you put recommendations into practice, adjust strategies, and track your progress over time. Light support is also available between sessions via email or WhatsApp.
🚗 Travel Costs For in-person appointments or services, travel and mileage fees may apply depending on your location. These will always be discussed and agreed in advance, so there are no surprises.
